Welcome to Day 3 of Year 31 of the TSSAA Spring Fling — state championships in baseball, softball, boys soccer, tennis and track and field.
TSSAA state champions will be crowned in Division II baseball, softball and boys soccer on Thursday. In Division I, state championship games will be set in those three sports by the end of the night. Those championship games will be played Friday.
Of course, all of that may depend on the weather. TSSAA athletes already withstood lengthy weather delays on Wednesday.
Also on tap on Thursday: Class AAA track and field championships along with the first day of TSSAA singles and doubles state tournaments.
