TradingView:
After purchasing your membership, you will receive our tools in the "invite-only" scripts of your TradingView® "indicator" section.
Ninjatrader:
If you provided the correct Name, Machine ID, or User Defined ID, the Ninjatrader tools will be available in your add-ons.
Additional Items:
You will also receive exclusive access to our members Discord channel where you'll receive lifetime updates and experience a supportive community with many QuantVue resources (tutorial videos, trade breakdowns, etc.)
Can Iuse this if I'm a total beginner?
No. Our core system is designed for those with baseline trading knowledge and live-trading experience.
Will Iwin every trade with this?
No. There is no algorithm or indicator that can accurately predict with 100%certainty the financial markets.
QuantVue aims to provide tools for traders to better manage their own discrestionary trades, risk, and are not meant to be followed blindly.

Which markets &timeframes does QuantVue work on?
Our tools are designed for futures &FX, however many users use them on crypto as well. They are optimized for 1s Renko candles.
Do Ineed a paid TradingView plan?
You may use a freeTradingView account. However, to get 1s data and Renko bars, you need a TradingView account.
I never submitted the post-purchase form, how do Iget access?
Please reach out to us via Discord (link in menu above), or email us your TradingView username &email at hello@quantvue.io and we will grant access right away!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can manage your account in the "My Account" tab. You can also reach out to us on Discord (link in the footer) or email us at hello@quantvue.io and we will process your cancellation immediately!
Are there any refunds?
We do not provide any refunds.
If no prior notice is given via email or Discord to cancel your free trial, or you do not cancel your free trial via the "My Account" tab before the trial renewal date, no refunds are given.
All sales are final. All crypto sales are final.

Does the Elite plan include prop automation?
No. The Elite plan only allows for automation into personal accounts.
If you want to automate our tools into prop accounts, the only way to do so is through our customer prop automation build.
