I guess the service was good when they were trying to make a sale. My fiancé said they were helpful in that department. The ring is beautiful but three days after having it, the center stone (which is not at all covered by the company) was loose. I took it back to the store which is an hour and a half away from home. I had to wait a week after being newly engaged to get my ring back. Two days later it is loose again. Seems like a scam to make you have to replace the real money of the whole ring and of course before you have insurance on it. They were not friendly and I am a very happy go, low maintenance, get along with anyone kind of person! I went after work (another hour and a half) in scrubs and kind of a mess, honestly, to pick the ring up and felt like I was judged as not good enough for this fancy store with its fancy people. If I had a choice I would not buy from them. It’s not an inviting place. When I went to pick my ring up they didn’t even remember me or why I was there... after they had even called me that day to let me know it was ready. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF, never even apologized for the inconvenience and loose stone that is obviously their fault. Haven’t called them about fixing it again. Really considering to pay to have it done elsewhere.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this place is. The staff is so attentive and helpful. I ordered an engagement ring through their online store and had an issue. I took it there and had extremely pleasant service by Megan. She helped me and my fiance choose the perfect setting and even offered to ship it free of charge to us when it came in. The selection and prices are amazing here. You seriously will not be disappointed.

She helped us design an engagement ring far better than I could have ever imagined! She taught us so much about diamonds and worked with Tacori to create an amazing beautiful final piece. Diamonds Direct is the place to go in Charleston to buy your engagement ring. I would highly recommend asking for Stanley. I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about diamonds or engagement rings and walked out feeling like knew everything there is to know about them. Stanley not only took the time to educate me but also went through probably 15-20 stones until we found a range of color and clarity that I loved and was in my price range. For all the guys out there who aren’t sure where to start when buying an engagement ring. I Highly recommend heading to Diamonds Direct and asking for Stanley. He will hook it up.
