@HPaltrowitz1 @SerpicoDet I have to consciously put the phone aside many times per day. It can be addictive & I would never get anything done. When I change phones or laptop it is a giant ordeal for me to make everything compatible. I call Verizon or Comcast to get me thru it. Otherwise I am lost. Lolol

Hello @Xfinity I just upgraded & connected my new $190.00 modem your letter stated & Best Buy said was the correct new modem, that I needed to have internet access as early as 4-12-22 (NO internet as of 4-9)....QUESTION....Why does my wifi signal strength now say...WEAK?
