Blurb:
It has been 8 years since the first black ships of the western world visited 19th century Japan. Mechanized clockwork dolls and new steam-powered devices are spreading throughout the country.

The Wind Gang is a group of clockwork and steam controllers who believe in using their creations in battle and violently create the new Industrial Era. They attack the peaceful village of a young clockwork controller named Hiwou one day and completely destroy it. Hiwou and his friends escape with a giant clockwork doll named Homura. Together they begin a journey to find his father and restore peace to the land.

Vor acht Jahren brachte der Westen neue Technologien nach Japan. Mechanische Puppen und neue dampfgetriebene Kreationen verteilten sich in ganz Japan. Die Wind Gang ist eine Gruppe von Puppen- und Dampfnutzern, die glauben das sie durch Gewalt eine neue industrielle Ära in Japan auslösen können. Eines Tages attackiert die Wind Gang das friedliche Dorf des jungen Hiwou, der selber dazu im Stande ist die neuartigen Maschienen zu verwenden. Während des Angriff schaffen es Hiwou und seine Freunde mit der riesigen Puppe Homura zu fliehen. Nun begibt er sich auf die Suche nach seinem Vater, sodass er helfen kann die Wind Gang zu besiegen und den Frieden zurück nach Japan zu bringen.

Hiwou es un niño que lleva una vida plácida con sus amigos en su aldea. Un día, una misteriosa organización ataca con unos extraños robots gigantes el pueblo de Hiwou y comienza a conquistar todo el territorio de Japón. Nuestro protagonista, que sabe pilotar robots, decide comenzar con sus amigos una aventura llena de emociones y acción en busca del padre de Hiwou, quien lucha de forma clandestina contra la peligrosa organización..
