Just be sure you use store-bought eggs. Eggs that are super fresh from the farm (or my Mom’s chicken coup), tend to peel with great difficulty unless you can let them stay refrigerated for a couple of weeks before using them, or try Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs for easier peeling.
